- Carrefour du Bois 2008 to welcome sustainable-building prize winner
The 10th Carrefour International du Bois (International Timber Trade Show) will be held in Nantes (in western France) from 28 to 30 May 2008. Hermann Kaufmann, the Austrian architect who won the 2007 International Sustainable Architecture Prize, will attend the event on 28 and 29 May.

- European E-Learning Award for CELT
London-based business consultancy, PHM’s Content Editing and Localisation Tool (CELT) has been awarded the European E-Learning Award 2008 for Best Practice in E-Learning at CeBit in Hanover.
