The Bucky Jonson Project: Making of an All-Star Album

Bucky Jonson will be looking for a talented new female vocalist to lay vocals over a track on their upcoming All-Star Album

[ClickPress, Tue Mar 14 2006] Bucky Jonson announced today that during their Honda Civic Tour with the Black Eyed Peas they will be searching for a female vocalist to lay vocals over a track on the bands upcoming All-Star Album. This nationwide search will provide the opportunity for one talented vocalist to work in the studio and hands on lay down a track with one of the hottest bands in the spotlight today.

For the past three years, Bucky Jonson has been the backing band and driving musical force behind the multi-platinum, Grammy award winning, Black Eyed Peas. Bucky Jonson has provided the foundation for every BEP live performance and television show. Likewise, they are directly involved with the writing, recording, and producing of the 16 million plus albums sold. George Pajon and Printz Board have been with the Peas for over 8 years…virtually from day one.

The band consists of four unique and extremely talented individuals. Bucky Jonson's musicians bring their instruments and their varied personas to the mix. Performances are enhanced by the individual personality and character that each Bucky Jonson member brings to the stage.

Printz Board is, “The Coach,” running the plays and keeping it together on keys, trumpet, and bass. George Pajon is, “El Cubano,” bringing his guitars with a mix of rum, cigars, and pork. Keith Harris is, “Black Ice,” maintaining a strong hand on the drums and keys. Tim “Izo” Orindgreff is, “The Dirty Flautist,” trying to stay out of trouble while handling the woodwinds, guitar, and mpc. Four musicians from different backgrounds, making one unified sound. Bucky Jonson is the best band you have already heard.

The tour begins in Fresno, CA on March 23, 2006 and goes through thirty-two cities in total ending the tour in Denver, CO on May 21, 2006. During the visits to these cities, Bucky Jonson will be interviewing with radio stations, local media, national music and lifestyle publications and other means of spreading their search for this new voice! This is simply the nationwide search for a phenomenal voice to a song… No guarantee of a television show, contract, recording agreement, or anything of a sort. Simply an opportunity for songsters to prove themselves and land a track on the hottest album to come!
