C-COM Signs Memorandum Of Understanding With U.S. Defense Contractor

The unnamed company according to the signed MOU will become a C-COM reseller of the iNetVu Mobile Platforms to the United States Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies.

[ClickPress, Wed Mar 15 2006] C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSXV: CMI) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with an unnamed major United States based satellite communications and systems provider.

The unnamed company according to the signed MOU will become a C-COM reseller of the iNetVu Mobile Platforms to the United States Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies. The two companies will also cooperate in the joint development of specific products for resale world wide.

While the memorandum of understanding is not binding it is the parties intention to negotiate and execute a definitive agreement no later than June 15th, 2006 covering specific details described in this MOU. There can be no assurance that any agreement will be ultimately executed.
