Kayak Interactive Completes Acquisition of Chasma Interactive

Deal Includes Upcoming Mobile Games Based On Slingo® and Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament™, Plus Already Released Mastermind®, Whac-A-Mole®, and Kawasaki® Products.

[ClickPress, Wed Apr 20 2005] SAN MATEO, CA – April 20, 2005 – Kayak Interactive (Kayak), a leading international mobile entertainment publisher, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Chasma Interactive Publishing, based in New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Kayak’s portfolio of offered products with several products already in the distribution channel as well as two key properties to be launched in the near future, Slingo®, based on the leading web game, and Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament™, based on the hit TV show.
