[ClickPress, Fri Mar 17 2006] Ryder Systems, Europe’s leading provider of bill management solutions has signed a contract with Atlas Communications, an independent supplier of mobile telecommunication services, to deploy Ryder’s online dealer analysis solution, Atlas Bill Manager.

Structured to meet the demands of the dealer channel, Atlas Bill Manager is a powerful off-the-shelf solution operating under the dealer’s brand. It allows their customers to access standard trend and usage reports and create a selection of customised reports to enable them to effectively manage their organisational telecoms usage. With intuitive functionality, Atlas Bill Manager enables the user to drill-down into the reports to extract detailed information and access specific expenditure trends.

Atlas Communications, operating from offices in three key strategic locations, provides a host of mobile telecommunications services to its customer base comprising both SMEs and corporate clients. An accredited dealer for both O2 and Vodafone network services, Atlas Communications offers a range of services to business customers throughout the UK.

Ewan McNaught, Business Sales Manager, Atlas Communications, commented: “As a comprehensive communications supplier, we are able to offer our customers a more personal service and recommend the most intelligent solutions for their needs. We continually strive to achieve high standards and with Ryder’s Atlas Bill Manager Solution, we can now offer a service from which our customers will be able to gain a great deal of value, which will also allow them to manage their mobile phone usage more efficiently.”

As telecommunication services become more complex, businesses are demanding greater clarity from their bills. With fixed mobile convergence and triple play gaining increased significance, billing will assume an even greater roll. Ryder’s bill analysis solution enables dealers to offer more than just a paper-based bill. Atlas Bill Manager offers a source of differentiation from other competitors and the product will help to build customer loyalty and will add real value to Atlas Communication’s service.

Andy Wilson, Sales and Marketing Director, Ryder Systems, said: “With the growing number of businesses in Britain today, the independent telecoms market is thriving. However, with the key to success being customer retention, dealers need to provide a range of services to keep their customers loyal. Atlas Bill Manager has proven itself to be a very powerful tool in reducing customer churn for telcos and this off-the-shelf product designed exclusively for telecoms dealers will help them replicate this success.”
