Working in conjunction with Peter Reed, Executive Head Chef of Aston Villa Football Club, Francis Catering Equipment has designed, manufactured, project managed and installed a modern catering facility, which includes an open plan cooking kitchen, a granite servery and counters incorporating induction cooking hobs. The £150,000 training ground facility provides a selection of freshly cooked carbohydrate and protein-rich cuisine to the Aston Villa players.
