A top research facility (#3 in the nation), the UIC Central Illinois Regional Program (Peoria-Urbana) was also the very first college of nursing to offer a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program in downstate Illinois. The new executive leadership concentration is going one step beyond.

Experience in some leadership roIe is strongly recommended prior to application to this concentration. Courses are constructed to buiId on previous knowledge of finance, change management, organizational theory and other management related knowledge in the participant’s current practice.
