New Technical Services Department Created to Handle Dealer Needs; Technical Support personnel now available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

"This convenient service program is tailored to support our franchisees,” said Brent Humphrey, director of Operations for LINE-X Franchise Support Center (LFSC). “So, if a problem arises or a part is needed, our dealer does not have to wait until the next day to resolve it.”

The new Technical Service Department is designed to strengthen LINE-X’s ability to provide highly responsible technical support to its franchise network of more than 500 dealers nationwide. It will be managed by Sean Dickens and is based out of the company’s Dallas, Texas area distribution center. Dickens is a prior owner of three LINE-X franchises in the North Dallas area and a consistent Top 40 dealer during his franchise days.

"Our Dealers expect us to not only provide best-in-class products and application processes, but also technical support services that fit their operational needs," said Humphrey. "The 24-hour hotline gives our franchisees access to technical specialists around the clock. Appropriate technical service representatives will address each case and provide specific troubleshooting solutions to minimize any production downtime.”

The LINE-X 24-Hour Support Hotline will be answered in real-time and all calls will be prioritized based on the operational or non-operational nature of the franchisee’s call. For example, if a LINE-X franchise is experiencing equipment problems, every effort will be made to ship a replacement part that same day.

LINE-X’s Technical Services Department will also be tasked with the redesign and implementation of a new training program for new franchise owners as well as the on-going support aimed to make LINE-X franchises more successful
