CarTradeIndia.com Launches "Ask an Owner" Feature - Ask Car Owners Questions Directly!

CarTradeIndia.com, India's Online Vehicle Market, has launched a feature through which people can get in touch with vehicle owners to ask them questions. For example, if anyone wants to buy a Fiat Linea, and he has doubts or questions, he can post his question in the respective section on CarTradeIndia.com, Vehicle Questions & Answers . The question is then flashed to owners of the Linea, who would then be able to help out the prospective buyer with his question.

For example, if anyone wants to buy a Fiat Linea, and he has doubts or questions, he can post his question in the respective section on CarTradeIndia.com, i.e. Vehicle Questions & Answers. The question is then shown to owners of the Linea, who would then be able to help out the prospective buyer with his question.

"Thus far, we have provided advice from our in house experts to people with questions and that feature has been hugely popular. However, we have seen that many people wanted to also get in touch with people owning a specific car, to understand their experience and to get answers to specific questions, but there has not been a channel to do that. On CarTradeIndia.com we have a panel of over 10,000 people, who are all owners or ex-owners of specific vehicles. In our newly launched feature, people can get in touch with that panel and ask their questions", says CarTradeIndia.com lead developer Satish Kalepu.

Answers from owners and experts are clearly specified and distinct from other answers; moreover, answers from owners show the car or bike owned by that specific person. The website has helped out over 5000 people with their questions in a matter of months. "The feature has proven hugely popular and people really like to help each other, so that a true community is being formed", adds Satish.
