Hellomagazine.com, the online extension to HELLO! magazine, is celebrating its fourth birthday. Since its 2001 launch, hellomagazine.com has become the number one destination site for celebrity and royalty news on the web.

The authoritative tone and popularity of the site brings it almost 17 million impressions per month, and a loyal following for its comprehensive celebrity news.

Over the last year, the site has expanded to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the user with new features. These include: A desktop Tickertape which comprises the day's main headlines, with links straight through to the full stories, and which automatically updates during the day. An Atom Feed - a format of an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed. This increasingly popular tool enables users to gather all their favourite news via these web-based or PC readers (available free from the web). The site now also offers mobile services via SMS and Java applications for those who require their celebrity news from hellomagazine.com wherever they are. A WAP site is shortly to follow. Hellomagazine.com has also branched out into providing news for several major ISPs, which has proved to be successful. They include ntlworld.com, blueyonder.co.uk and tesco.net.

Tree Elven, Website Editor, said: "It's been an amazing four years of discovery, effort and success. Iā€™m happy to say that hellomagazine.com remains well up there in the industry vanguard, offering its readers fab content via the latest viable delivery methods. Never content to rest on our laurels, we have a few more surprises to come such as a Digital Edition and some other interesting partnerships. Happy fourth birthday to us!"
