The Babylon Cowboys Interview with CBS/Infinity Broadcasting's KYOU Radio

The Babylon Cowboys discuss music, songwriting and their musical past with San Francisco's KYOU Radio. Their latest tracks are also played during the thirty minute interview.

[ClickPress, Mon Jun 05 2006] The Babylon Cowboys' Jenny May and Dave Tommo are interviewed by Jon Russell from CBS/Infinity Broadcasting's KYOU Radio in San Francisco, California. They discuss their band The Babylon Cowboys, songwriting, appearing in the Guillemots 'Trains To Brazil' video and the latest tracks off of The Babylon Cowboys album 'Constellations of Sound' are played.

During the interview, Jenny May and Dave Tommo talk about their musical past; From May's life and music in America and leaving for new adventures in England, to Dave Tommo who talks about his history with punk and reggae bands in England. He remembers Joe Strummer and how punk and reggae were brought together with the help of The Clash.

They also discuss songwriting and collaborating together on tracks like 'Mr. Business Man' and 'In My Mind', which is a collection of dub songs written with the intention of, "less lyrics is more". Other songs played during the interview are 'Ginger', 'Reflection' and 'What's Your Name?'.
