Daimer Industries Announces Two 120-Volt Wet Steam Pressure Washers

Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced two Super Max™ pressure washers for industrial customers. The Super Max™ 15200SP and 15400SP have low electricity requirements, accept a variety of heating fuels, and include Super High-Temperature Optimized Technology™ (Super-HOT™) for wet steam.

"These new stationary washers are designed for customers who want only wet-steam and have 120 volt, 60 Hz power requirements," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer spokesman. "The machines are heated with fuel or propane and offer maximum flexibility for tough applications."

Hot Technology

The new pressure washers include Super-HOT™ technology, which allows the equipment to generate temperatures of up to 330º F and to clean with wet steam. The units offer upstream or downstream chemical injection.

Both machines are electrically powered and can be heated with a variety of fuels, including: no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; kerosene; natural gas; or propane. The upshot: customers can opt for the most economical fuel.

The pressure washers are stationary and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a three-foot trigger wand; a steam nozzle; and a powder-coated steel, high gloss, chip/chemical resistant housing. Options available at additional cost include multi-gun operation and a wet sandblasting system.

The Pressure Washers

The new electric pressure washers add another dedicated steam option to Daimer's existing 15000 product line. The Super Max™15200SP pressure washer offers pressure levels of up to 1000 psi and flow rates of up to 2 GPM. The 15400SP provides slightly lower pressure levels of up to 700 psi and a higher flow rate of up to 3 GPM.

Both units include heavy duty 1.5 HP, 120 volt, 60 Hz electric-powered motors and have a nine-gallon fuel tank for heating oil, kerosene or diesel. Natural gas operation requires a gas line and for propane operation, customers provide a vapor withdrawal cylinder.

The Super-HOT™ line also includes mobile pressure washers.
