Lambert Smith Hampton negotiate another letting at James Hall in St Ives

Cambridgeshire’s premier house builders Campbell Buchanan together with its investment partners Almaren plc and Campbell Melhuish & Buchanan Limited have acquired 8,150 sq ft of first floor office space at James Hall, St Ives.

[ClickPress, Tue Aug 18 2009] Cambridgeshire’s premier house builders Campbell Buchanan together with its investment partners Almaren plc and Campbell Melhuish & Buchanan Limited have acquired 8,150 sq ft of first floor office space at James Hall, St Ives.

For Campbell Buchanan this acquisition is the result of a relocation from their previous premises in St Neots.

Commercial property agent Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) acted on behalf of the landlord, Lexitron Limited in negotiating the lease of the premises.

There is now one last remaining office suite which provides 3,491 sq ft at ground floor level which boasts its own balcony overlooking the lake.
