Daniel Corby CEO 118 Group explores DIY websites concept

Many businesses are put off from launching their own websites, Dan Corby CEO 118 Group is planning a new diy service which plans to change the face of internet advertising

[ClickPress, Tue Jul 25 2006] Daniel Corby, CEO and founder of 118 Group, a multi million £ business services group based in Essex continues to seek new income streams and opportunities to allow the group to acheive double digit growth this year.

118 Group was founded in 2005 and now has substantial interests in directories, telecoms, advertising, new media and publishing and is now seeking new income streams to allow the business to grow to the next level.

One of these opportunites being considered is a DIY website concept, where a common platform would be made available to small businesses and for a small annual fee, they can personalise the site and place it on their own domain.

Daniel Corby, CEO and founder said"So many businesses ignore the power of the web, either because they do not understand websites or can not afford their own site, we are planning to roll out a basic concept which would change their perceptions. The product would be created by UK leader, Virtual Webmaster and we would sell it through our telesales operations to the SME client base. We are very strong at cross selling servives to our SME client base and this is just a natural progression. We aim to add value and offer something truly unique"
