Thompson has joined the firm as a practice development director in the Vaco Resources division. In this position, she will meet and network with current and potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with the right person for open positions within their company. With a decade of public accounting experience, beginning with a Big Five accounting firm as an auditor, Thompson has expertise that includes the areas of manufacturing, healthcare, technology, retail and nonprofit, and she specializes with public and privately held startup companies, and international entities.
