The European Union wants two fingers from everyone in Britain and UKIP are only too happy to oblige!

Fingerprints or freedom? - The choice for all our futures.

[ClickPress, Tue Aug 15 2006] As part of their ongoing information campaign in the South West of England, UKIP have released their latest billboard on a subject which concerns all British
people. Freedom.
The billboards use a graphical illustration of the historically traditional Anglo-Saxon greeting to the French at Agincourt (1415) when the Longbow men of Henry
V waved their bow fingers at the French. This was in defiance of the French who cut off the two string bow fingers of the English archers when they were
captured. From such historic facts UKIP remind us of the independent heritage of this country.
Times have fortunately changed but whilst we are no longer at war within Europe we are now being subjugated by a foreign power, the European Union with the
agreement of our politicians but not the consent of the British people. Now, with the prospect of having to have two fingerprints on your UK Passport courtesy
of EU diktat and children as young as six being subject to compulsory fingerprinting, UKIP have chosen a robust Anglo Saxon response.
This proposal fits in with the plan by Brussels that all European 'citizens' should have ID cards and new style biometric passports which involve 2
fingerprints, Iris scans, facial recognition and microchips.
A UKIP spokesman said "Many people are unaware of the background on ID cards and passports and the connection to the EU. Most of them think that this is purely
a Home Office initiative and don't realise how neatly it dovetails with Brussels' grand scheme that we should be monitored and controlled Europe-wide under one
identity.
The Freedoms of the United Kingdom have been established over the centuries and are not in the gift of any politicians here or abroad to be given away."
The European project is on track to its' final destination of a single superstate and UKIP are the only party to oppose this and say, "We should govern
ourselves again".
