The service is "an important new concept", said Dr. Stephen Ventura, Professor of Soil Science & Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin. "It offers any individual or group a chance to understand environmental issues in depth. Experts help folks really figure out what's going on--and how to make a difference. Dr. Douglas Johnson, President of Environmental Intelligence, Inc., noted:
