A LIFE AQUATIC WITH THE ACTIVITY PEOPLE

Scuba Diving is a way of life to some but as the old addage says 'we all have to start somewhere' and this certainly turned out to be the case for Beverley Sinton.

[ClickPress, Fri Sep 01 2006] Scuba Diving is a way of life to some but as the old addage says 'we all have to start somewhere' and this certainly turned out to be the case for Beverley Sinton. But where? "My brother is always on about his Scuba Diving exploits and I decided that I wanted a piece of the action! Unfortunately, I couldn't find a venue that offered the requisite beginners courses...this was until I stumbled across The Activity People's website on the internet," says Beverley as she explains how she began on her road to becoming a fully qualified Scuba Diver.

"I was at the point of giving up trying when I found The Activity People's website and I found that they had an excellent array of Scuba Diving Centres that were offering just the type of beginners course that I was after. They had venues all across the nation but, more importantly, one that was only a few miles away. The Activity People booked me in and my Scuba Diving adventure had begun!" says Beverley as she downloads the photos of her latest scuba dive, of a ship-wreck, on to her lap-top. "Without the starter course with The Activity People, I wouldn't be permitted to go on all these extraordinary dives that I've now completed...it was definitely one of the best things I've ever done!"

Beverley speaks of the ease of which she was able to arrange her first foray into the sub-aquatic world of Scuba Diving, "When I phoned them, I explained that I was a complete novice and they bent over backwards to find the right package and venue for me and the Dive Centre I opted for really gave me the confidence to push on and become a fully qualified Scuba Diver".

With some 20 dives behind her now, Beverley is so glad that she listened to her brother's advice whilst acknowledging the role that The Activity People played in helping her become a Scuba Diving aficionado, "The Activity People were great and I've already got my eye on some of their Skydiving packages!"
