CHEESE, WINE AND CHUCKLES OVERFLOW AT THE BOOKSTORE IN THE GROVE WITH A RECENT BOOK SIGNING APPEARANCE BY CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM’S SUSIE ESSMAN

[ClickPress, Fri Dec 04 2009] The Bookstore in the Grove recently hosted a book signing appearance featuring Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Susie Essman, who authored her first book, “What Would Susie Say?” More than 75 guests filled the charming bookstore to enjoy a night of wine and cheese and listen to Susie read excerpts from her book. The reading was followed by a very comedic Q&A session that led to how Essman’s career evolved from stand-up comedian to accomplished actress. At the end of the night audience members went home with a book personally signed by Susie.
The Bookstore in the Grove also set up a convenient $25 VIP Package for eager fans and patrons of the bookstore. The package, available for purchase online at the bookstore’s website, included an autographed book, reserved seating, free parking and complimentary wine & cheese.
Many know Susie Essman from her sassy role as Susie Greene on the critically acclaimed HBO comedy series, Curb Your Enthusiasm. Her hilarious bouts of withering sarcasm and uninhibited insults have become her character’s trademark. And now Susie adds published author to her list of accomplishments with her new book, What Would Susie Say?, published by Simon & Schuster.

About The Bookstore in the Grove
The Bookstore in the Grove was founded in 2007 by long-time friends and business partners, Sandy Francis and Felice Dubin. At the time, Coconut Grove was lacking a bookstore, so Francis and Dubin took the community reigns and established The Bookstore in the Grove.
