Boot Camp fitness trainer, Gavin Walsh says "gym environments tend to be very dull, monotonous and because so many gyms are in basements these days it's almost like training in a dungeon. People rarely talk to each other and so it's no wonder that people are now looking for something that will allow them to exercise in a fun environment and get results at the same time". Walsh goes on to add "its for this reason that people come to my boot camp fitness sessions. They know that they are locked in for 4 weeks and will train 3 times a week. The camaraderie between boot camp members is great. We try to encourage team games and a little bit of friendly banter to make people get the most out of each session".

Walsh has been running fitness boot camps in London since february and has now opened another camp at Speakers Corner in Hyde Park. The next camp starts 9th October at 6:15 pm and will train Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
