My Karma Sutra Buddy is Web Gold

We would all agree, it’s always great to hear of a success story. This is a darn good non-cautionary tale of raucous behaviour, awkwardness and probably includes the best mattress ever made. There’s re-enactment and very little candidness involved. That’s because MyKarmaSutraBuddy.com does not disappoint.

Within the first week of going live the site has been visited by over 100,000 users from 151 countries. Links to the site have been flying around between colleagues, friends and family like wildfire during the wind down to Christmas.

Andy Hammonds, founder of MyKarmaSutraBuddy, explains “The response has been amazing...it seems that 99% of people find it absolutely hilarious and the comments we’re getting back are along the lines of ‘it’s the funniest thing on the web’, which is great to hear. Of course you can’t please all the people all the time and we’ve had a handful of comments saying that it should be removed...my response to that is that the site is just acting out positions with their underwear on and they’re laughing all the way through it. It satisfies curiosity.”

So much so, one visitor in New Zealand spent time checking out the various hilariously enacted positions borne out on a double mattress by very game members in cheeky red underwear to the tune of 144 permutations. Phew! It’s not surprising then that it took our intrepid visitor 45 minutes.
