You can feel it coming. Winter is encroaching, but how do you prepare your lawn for the long winter.

[ClickPress, Mon Sep 18 2006] The experts at Taylor Lumber/ACE Hardware are helping homeowners and all “do-it-yourselfers” with a series of Mr. Fix-it Home Improvement workshops. The next workshop at the Route 139, Marshfield store is scheduled for Saturday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. This workshop will discuss the latest techniques and tools to “Put your lawn to bed for the winter.”

De-tatching, aerating, seeding and leave blowing techniques and tools will be reviewed and demonstrated.
