Tara Kreider and Russ Wallace Complete Coldwell Banker Commercial® Emerging Broker Training

Brian Farmer, President of Advisory Services at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.cbctmp.com), is proud to announce that Tara Kreider and Russ Wallace have both been recently honored as graduates of the Coldwell Banker Commercial® Emerging Broker Training (EBT) program. Kreider and Wallace ranked #1 and #2 respectively in the EBT program in competition with real estate brokers from around the nation. As part of this national industry recognition, each will receive a CCIM scholarship.

The Emerging Broker Training (EBT) is a four-month, comprehensive training program targeted for CBC professionals with one year or less experience in commercial sales/leasing. The program covers the key components of the commercial real estate industry and is a blend of traditional classroom training followed by live internet classes, self-paced learning, and structured participation of a mentor in the home office.

Tara Kreider is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at TradeMark Properties, responsible for assisting landlords and tenants with the sale or lease of retail and office properties, land acquisition/ disposition and assisting lenders with REO property valuation and disposition strategies. Prior to joining TradeMark Properties in March 2009, Kreider was a commercial real estate broker and an 18-year marketing and new business development veteran, having worked for communications agencies as well as managing her own consulting business. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR), the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR), the North Carolina Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Raleigh.

Russ Wallace is an Investment Advisor at TradeMark Properties, and specializes in buyer and seller representation for multi-family, industrial and other income producing properties. He has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, having worked as a home improvements contractor, manufacturers’ representative, mortgage loan originator and residential real estate broker before joining TradeMark Properties in March 2009. His professional affiliations include the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR) Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR) and the North Carolina Chapter of CCIM. He is also a member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Wallace currently resides in Holly Springs, N.C.
