US Company Acquires Salt Plants; Plans To Market Facilities Globally

International Process Plants, an international company that specializes in buying and selling used process plants worldwide, has acquired (3) Complete Salt Plants. These plants are available for immediate delivery; offering a tremendous cost and lead time savings versus a new equipment lead time of up to 18 months.

Existing production units include an UNUSED 245,000 tons per year Dry Salt Plant, UNUSED 45,000 tons per year Dry Salt Plant and previously used 100,000 tons per year Dry Salt Plant. All (3) plants are available to restart in whole or in part, to be operated in place and restarted or to be moved elsewhere.

IPP’s business model is to purchase complete used processing plants, with the land, buildings and equipment, that are being closed globally.
