Ali & Sons Launch new polo

Ali & Sons, the exclusive importer of Volkswagen in Abu Dhabi, announced the launch of the Polo 2006. The company is confident the new model will help strengthen its market share for the hatchback category in this region.

The new design for the Volkswagen Polo 2006 boasts to set a standard in the hatchback class on safety, comfort and quality. It is more sporty and dynamic with segment-leading standard safety features—compact and powerful design and high space comfort.

The 1.4L fuel-injected engine is available in automatic and manual transmissions. The new sporty-designed Polo is offered with standard equipment that caters for a more comfortable and pleasurable driving experience. The standard specifications include: exterior mirrors powered/heated, power steering/speed-related controlled, speed/safety belt warning system, tinted windows, rear window wiper/washer system, headlight range adjustment, third centre high mounted stop light for additional safety, and turn signals integrated in the exterior mirrors.

Optional equipments include wide range of color choices, front cup holder, front seats with height adjustment, central locking system, power windows front/rear, and many more.

Volkswagen Polo is available with an engine immobilizer, which prevents starting the engine without the correctly programmed key. Unlike most small cars, the Polo has a height and reach adjustable steering wheel. Since September 2002, Volkswagen has been rated as one of the most sustainable carmakers in the world.
