New software for secondary schools developed by a Chesterfield company has passed the critical technical testing stage of the prestigious BETT Awards and is now in the shortlist for the full judging process taking place in October.
[ClickPress, Thu Oct 26 2006] The BETT Awards are the most prestigious learning awards with hundreds of entries every year and getting past the technical stage is difficult especially for a brand new product such as KwikSteps.
Ted Stanley, CEO of Atyourpace Ltd said: We are extremely pleased that we are through to the next stage, we know how tough the judging process is and that many other products have fallen at this hurdle but with our experienced technical team and the help of ICT experts we thought that we stood a good chance. We are now keeping our fingers crossed that we get through to the finals
KwikSteps is available for purchase through Atyourpace and boasts some impressive benefits such as; the capacity to teach mixed ability classes, fully mapped into the National Curriculum for ICT and OCR Nationals as well as other recognised qualifications, no installation issues as it is 100% online and methodology based on a tell, show, try system with individuals working at their own pace to complete tasks.
Free trials are available from www.atyourpace.co.uk as well as a short demo version at www.kwiksteps.org. For any further information please contact Joanne Moody on 01246 264941.
