Emma Newham has been at the forefront of the fitness industry for over ten years and counts several celebrities and premiership footballers amongst her clients. Having run her own fitness consultancy in London for 8 years, she returned to her Northern roots to set up the first, fully equipped Pilates studio in East Boldon over 6 years ago.

Her studio is the only one in the U.K that specialise in Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonics. In fact, Emma is one of only a handful Gyrotonic teachers in Great Britain. This method of training is favoured by Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow and is described as yoga for the 21st century.

Paul Mort, who has just been crowned Sunderland Echo’s young business person of the year for the 2nd year running is one of the North East’s most sought after fat loss specialists and is owner and head trainer at Precision Fitness, the only company in the North East that can boasts guaranteed results every time . Mr Mort who has been featured on ITV’s North East Tonight, BBC radio 5 live amongst many others, was recently described by Men’s Health’s Craig Ballantyne as ‘one of the UK’s top trainers’ is delighted to be able to offer the people of Durham the chance to change their lives.
