Focus on California Sexual Harassment has been revised as part of Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s ongoing commitment to providing the most up-to-date and pertinent financial services information as the banking industry enters a new decade.

As of Jan.1, 2006, every bank in California was required to provide two hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees every two years. Additionally, all new supervisors must be trained within six months of their hire or promotion date. Organizations that do not comply face significant financial and legal penalties.

Focus on California Sexual Harassment teaches sexual harassment compliance training using easy-to-understand language in an interactive, self-paced format.
