Virtual Tales, an e-publisher of serialized novels and novellas spanning a variety of fiction genres and styles, announced a new contest, "The Dragon Within," to promote author Sheri Gormley’s e-serial Fantasy, THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN. Prizes to be awarded include beauty products from i.d. Bare Escentuals, a Starbucks gift card and a free, complete subscription to this story.

To enter the contest, participants must sign up for a free trial subscription to THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN at the Virtual Tales website. One of the issues in the free trial contains the answer to the contest question, "What is the price that 500-year-old Selena Montesquieu, the dragon-human hybrid matriarch of the Montesquieu clan, must pay to retain her youthful appearance?"

Once participants find the answer, they need to visit the author’s website, www.CaerWeilen.com, and follow the instructions to submit their entries. Only entries with the correct answer will be eligible for one of the prizes. The contest is open for entries through December 31, 2006, and the winners will be notified before January 15, 2007. Complete details can be found on the "Contest" page at the Virtual Tales website, or at the author’s website.
