Extreme gathering exhibition takes place at Holiday Centre

June 25, Dubai-Premiere shopping landmark in Sheikh Zayed Road, Holiday Centre together with Farkom Sports will hold an exhibition called "Xtremely Xciting" on extreme sports in an effort to get enthusiasts to know more about the sports and the safe way to perform it. The one-of-a-kind exhibition happens on June 25 with free registration starting at 5:30PM at the mall's lobby.

"We know that many teens are interested in engaging in extreme sports and that parents on one hand are concern about their kids' safety. It is our hope that through our exhibition, both teens and their parents will be enlightened on getting into an active lifestyle in a safe manner," said Ms. Banu Tas, Operations Manager of Holiday Centre.

"Teens are looking for more adrenalin-pumping types of activities and extreme sports rank high among their preference. With the growing interest on this, we deemed it high to gather both enthusiasts and curious teens to present the exciting world of extreme sports," said Ali Farkom, owner of Farkom Sports who is the major sponsor of the exhibition.

During the exhibition, a professional skateboarder will demonstrate some stunts to the public on how to properly ride and glide on the board. There will also be a running video on which teens will learn about the basics of many extreme sports.

Those who come and register will be given discount cards for Farkom sports shop and will get a chance to win prizes in a raffle draw.

Holiday Centre is located at the Crowne Plaza Dubai complex on Sheikh Zayed road.
