Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.cbctmp.com) has announced that Tara Kreider and Russ Wallace, advisors with the firm, have successfully completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute’s (CCIM) CI-101 course, Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.

Kreider and Wallace scored in the 90th percentile on the course exam after attending a four-day class in Cary, N.C. Both were awarded full-scholarships for the course as a result of finishing in first and second place in the recently completed Coldwell Banker Commercial Emerging Broker Training, an intense four-month regimen of classroom and web-based training.

Kreider is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at TradeMark Properties, responsible for investment sales, land acquisition/ disposition and assisting lenders with REO property valuation and disposition strategies. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR), the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR), the North Carolina Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Raleigh.

Wallace is an Investment Advisor at TradeMark Properties with more than 30 years of client services experience. Wallace specializes in land acquisition and disposition, buyer and seller representation for multi-family, industrial and other income producing properties. His professional affiliations include the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR) Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR) and the North Carolina Chapter of CCIM. He is also a member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Wallace currently resides in Holly Springs, N.C.
