Record Year for Graduate Firm

Wilmslow based graduate recruitment and sales training company Pareto Law has had a record 12 months.

[ClickPress, Fri Jul 01 2005] Wilmslow, Friday 1 July 05 - Wilmslow based graduate recruitment and sales training company Pareto Law has had a record 12 months, placing over 750 graduates and increasing turnover by 60%. Winners of the Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work for Awards in March 2005, Pareto Law announced it is now placing around 90 graduates a month and expects to float on AIM (Alternative Investment Market) within three years.

Joint managing directors Andrew Sawer and Jonathan Fitchew set up the business in 1995 when they met half way up the Eiger on a corporate excursion to the Alps and are looking to celebrate ten years in business on a commercial peak later this year.

In addition to selecting and placing new graduate sales personnel, Pareto Law also provides sales training programmes for both new and experienced staff at the firm’s Wilmslow and London training centres. In November 2004 Pareto opened its third office in Leeds to service the Yorkshire Humberside region.
