DirectRooms.com – Second Dubai outing for Homes Middle East consumer event from 19 August to 04 Sept
The Dubai Expo Centre Sharjar will host the second Homes Middle East consumer show during Ramadan from 19 August to 4 September, providing a huge boost for bookings at local hotels
[ClickPress, Fri Jul 16 2010] Homes Middle East, the second of the two consumer events to be held beginning 19 August at Dubai’s Expo Centre Sharjah, will aim at Middle Eastern consumers with home furnishings as its focus. Exclusive furniture designs, luxury bathrooms and kitchens and home accessories will all be on display. .
Running concurrently with the Ramadan Fair, the two shows are expected to provide a one-stop-shop which will attract many thousands of consumers from across the region. Homes Middle East will open at 21:00 and close at 01:00 daily, with free admission and free parking on the complex.
This consummate consumer event launched last year and attracted 25 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors. The exhibitor list for 2010 is larger and is expected to draw many more consumers to the event, giving exceptional sales opportunities to the companies on show.
The event has upgraded to include a furniture auction, seminars and presentations as well as a do-it-yourself competition. Online brand leader DirectRooms.com notes that, due to expected high attendance at the two shows, cheap Dubai hotels close to the venue will be fully booked, and suggests booking well in advance.
Lek Boonlert, marketing head at DirectRooms.com, comments, “Visitor arrivals for the shows plus tourism arrivals in Dubai and nationals returning for Ramadan are sure to create shortfalls in hotel accommodation. We suggest booking ahead.”
