On staff with owner Steve Busch, at the MonitorClosely.com Atlantic City location, is his father George Busch. George has 14 years experience with the Philadelphia Police Department as a Detective in the Crime Lab Intelligence Unit and 23 years experience in the Gaming industry, 12 of which were served as a Director of Surveillance with Trump International. George was also in charge of the pre-opening surveillance equipment selection and installation at the Mystic Lake Casino in Minnesota, and at the world’s largest Casino, Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. He has coordinated with Federal and State authorities on Casino crimes, and has analyzed tapes for federal government cases and instructed the FBI academy in Virginia on crimes at Indian reservations.

During his time with Mystic Lake Casino, George coordinated the installation of the 1st speed-dome cameras to be installed in any Casino. This progressive move played an integral part in the development of high-speed domes within the Casino industry and made front-page headlines in the national publication Security in September 1993. While at Mystic Lake George had 350 Security & Surveillance officers under his direction and supervision and was responsible for all internal and external investigations.
