The Permanent Record, Virtual Assistant Firm, Gains BBB Seal of Online Reliability

Michelle Schoen of local virtual assistant firm The Permanent Record is pleased to announce her company's acceptance into the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnLine Reliability Program.

[ClickPress, Fri Jan 19 2007] Michelle Schoen of local virtual assistant firm The Permanent Record is pleased to announce her company's acceptance into the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnLine Reliability Program.

The Permanent Record meets or exceeds the rigorous requirements of the BBBOnLine Reliability Program, which includes (but is not limited to)

* Becoming a member of the local Better Business Bureau;

* Providing the BBB a physical address at which they do business;

* Being in business for a minimum of one year (TPR is celebrating its 17th year in business in 2007);

* Having a satisfactory complaint handling record according to the BBB (based on the previous 36 months of records);

* Abiding by the BBB Code of Online Business Practices;

* Responding promptly to all consumer complaints;

* Agreeing to dispute resolution, at the consumer's request, for disputes involving their products or services.

The Permanent Record's inclusion in the BBBOnLine Reliability Program is denoted by an official seal on their website at www.thepermanentrecord.net.

While participation in the Bureau's BBBOnLine Reliability Program does not guarantee a client's future satisfaction with a designated company's service, it does illustrate a company's recent track record with respect to resolving complaints.

"The BBBOnLine Reliability Program adds an air of legitimacy to what we're doing at The Permanent Record," Schoen said. "It's difficult for online consumers to separate the wheat from the chaff when searching the Internet for products and services, and they often don't have the time to research as thoroughly as they'd like. Yes, complaints do happen in spite of our best efforts to avoid them, but the BBBOnline seal on our website tells our prospective customers and clients that they can rest assured: we want them to be happy with our services, and if they aren't, we will do our best to resolve their issues."
