Vividas powered online film release sets off wave of national media coverage

The Secret was introduced exclusively over the internet through a series of emails that offered clues to the film, along with Vividas powered trailers that previewed the content and demonstrated the full screen, high quality video experience that viewers could expect when the feature length production was completed and streamed to computers around the world.
On the day of the launch, those who logged onto the website http://thesecret.tv were able to immediately watch the 90 minute film in full screen and extremely high quality video, without the need to download, for $4.95. This included DVD like controls that enabled viewers to rewind, forward or pause the film if they wished to resume viewing at a later time. The Vividas Digital Rights Management System also ensured that the content was protected from piracy, so those who wished to see the movie again either purchased another viewing or ordered a DVD through the mail for $19.95, less a $4.95 credit for the prior view.
