New ADVANCE Website Combines Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Audiences

Merion Matters is proud to announce details about the launch of its newest website, ADVANCE for NPs & PAs. In response to projected growth due to the recent healthcare reform legislation, ADVANCE has created a powerful combined career and clinical information source for nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Over the years, ADVANCE has built a strong base of nurse practitioners and physician assistants through the ADVANCE for Nurse Practitioners and ADVANCE for Physician Assistants websites. The new healthcare legislation includes a primary care provision that will benefit millions of currently uninsured Americans. With primary care physicians already in short supply, more nurse practitioners and physician assistants will be in demand to fill the primary care gap, and they will need to work together to meet the healthcare needs of the millions of newly insured.

Launched in September, the website—and monthly journal—combined the already strong online communities from ADVANCE for Nurse Practitioners and ADVANCE for Physician Assistants.
