Construction Insurance Broker cycles for Charity

[ClickPress, Wed Feb 14 2007] Robin Nathan, an insurance broker for BJP insurance in Wokingham has set himself the challenge of raising £10,000 for charity in 2007 by getting on his bike!

Robin will be taking part in ten rides this year – including London to Brighton, Oxford to Cambridge, Paris to London and a couple of rides in Cyprus – in aid of The British Heart Foundation, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and other local charities. He said “we have done some rides in the past, and raised a few hundred quid, but this year I wanted to make a real difference, and as I love cycling, this seems an ideal way to do it”.

The rides are mainly UK based and are between 50 and 85 miles long, with the notable exceptions being Paris to London (285 miles over four days) and the Cyprus rides.

The aim of the rides is to raise a minimum of £10,000 to split between The British heart Foundation, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and local charities.
