[ClickPress, Mon Feb 19 2007] Wireless communication specialists Briteyellow have announced The Citizen newspaper as a new sponsor of the Britezone™ network. The Britezone™ provides free wireless internet access in central Milton Keynes, and as sponsors the Citizen’s logo will appear on the network’s portal and be seen by every user who logs on.

The Britezone™ has been active for less than three months but already it has proven to be an enormous success, with increasing numbers logging on to make internet calls, send email and surf the web.

“We have been absolutely astonished by the take-up,” said Fredi Nonyelu, Briteyellow MD, “We are expecting the number of users to double every two months.”

The sponsorship arrangement is expected to enhance The Citizen’s association with the city’s continuing growth, and provide a new platform for them to reach their regional audience.
