Brian Farmer, vice president of commercial leasing at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties and leasing agent for EastPoint, has announced that the former Square D Manufacturing facility located at 8001 Hwy US 64 Knightdale Blvd will officially reveal its new EastPoint name and signage at an event on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 10:30 a.m. The event is open to all media. The EastPoint name and signage change follows the purchase of the facility from the Square D Corporation by local and national investors. The 60-acre property, which contains 416,000 square feet of office, laboratory and manufacturing facilities, will be redeveloped to allow for major future commercial, industrial or retail development in the town of Knightdale. Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties is responsible for marketing and leasing EastPoint, while Granite Development, LLC represents the primary developer for the property.
