Italian cooking resource, Bruce Tassone, adds restaurant guide to BruceTassone.com.

[ClickPress, Tue Feb 20 2007] Bruce Tassone (http://www.brucetassone.com) just launched their online Italian cooking resource, Bruce Tassone.com. The web site hose a variety of Italian cooking related information from dinner recipes to dessert. The Bruce Tassone web site also has a variety of articles from Italian food experts from around the world.

While Bruce Tassone is quickly becoming the destination to visit before cooking your Italian meal, BruceTassone.com is now the destination before going out on the town. The web site has recently included a restaurant dining guide which includes over 200,000 restaurants in the United States.

Bruce Tassone pulls from the growing ChefMoz Project (http://chefmoz.org/about.html) to provide this resource to their users. They encourage all of their users to contribute to the project by adding restaurants and reviews to the ChefMoz projects. While they hope all Bruce Tassone users will contribute, they particularly want their users to add new Italian restaurants and new reviews on their neighborhood Italian dining spots.

Since launching, the Italian cooking enthusiast group, Bruce Tassone, has received a handful of request from users wanting to post their family recipes and ideas. Bruce Tassone currently does not allow outside postings but it is something they may add in the future.
