Advanced Mechanical Enterprises (AME) announced recently that they will be among the over 1,200 exhibitors at the world’s largest, in-water boat show, the 51st Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS). AME Executives and Technicians will be on hand at Booth 721 in the Yacht & Brokerage Tent providing information about their state-of-the-art services and products during the course of the Show from October 28 thru November 1, 2010.

"Fort Lauderdale is the yachting capital of the world," said Rich Merhige, President, AME. "We couldn’t be more excited to have the opportunity to showcase our cutting-edge services and capabilities at this prestigious event. The personal interaction with our marine clientele on this level is invaluable to our operations."

In addition to participating as an exhibitor, AME President, Rich Merhige will be a panel member for one of this year’s Yachtinfo sessions that focuses on vibration issues. Merhige, through AME, has pioneered the application of some of the most advanced technology to the marine industry, specifically for Vibration Analysis.

AME is all business during the boat show, but in the weeks leading up to FLIBS, AME will be a proud sponsor at several Boat Show kick-off events, including those for The Triton, Dockwalk and Camper & Nicholsons.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is the largest in-water boat show in the world with over 3 million square feet of space over five locations. This year’s event will feature more than $3 billion worth of yachts, boats and accessories from retailers, manufacturers and boatbuilders from around the world. The five-day event will feature over 1,200 exhibitors, marine education seminars and youth fishing clinics.
