SHARJAH ISLAMIC BANK TAKES PART IN BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN

In coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Department of Blood Transfusion Services

[ClickPress, Sat Jul 30 2005] Sharjah – July 30th 2005 – In support of the Ministry of Health’s Blood Donation Campaign, Sharjah Islamic Bank tied up with the Department of Blood Transfusion Services to donate blood for a good cause.

More than 55 donors took part in the campaign, comprising of SIB staff members, as well as SIB customers. The Department of Blood Transfusion Services provided a mobile clinic, which was parked at the front of the bank’s main branch on Al Boorj Avenue in Sharjah.

The blood donation drive, which took place on Monday morning from 9 AM to 1:30 PM, was deemed a huge success.
