GroovyTel.com is offering 1000 free phone numbers on first come first serve bases. The regular rate of the phone numbers are $2.99 a month, and the service can be used anywhere in the world. The IM users will start receiving calls from people all over the world who are the most important to them via GroovyTel.com service.
