Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo invests BD80, 000 in their Technical Teams Development.

As a part of their ongoing employee development plan, E K Kanoo recently invested BD80,000 in providing TEAM 21 (Technical Education for Automotive Mastery) & Forklift training for 40 employees. The Service Advisors and Technicians of the TOYOTA Service Centres in Isa Town and Arad underwent an extensive training programme devised by TOYOTA Motor Corporation in Japan for TOYOTA Distributors all over the world.

[ClickPress, Sat Apr 07 2007] As a part of their ongoing employee development plan, E K Kanoo recently invested BD80,000 in providing TEAM 21 (Technical Education for Automotive Mastery) & Forklift training for 40 employees. The Service Advisors and Technicians of the TOYOTA Service Centres in Isa Town and Arad underwent an extensive training programme devised by TOYOTA Motor Corporation in Japan for TOYOTA Distributors all over the world.

The training was held for the 40 employees in the last quarter of 2006. The original certificates, which arrived in April 2007 from Japan, were presented to the 40 employees at the Certificate Presentation Ceremony held in TOYOTA Service Centre in Isa Town on 5th April by Mr. Bashar Darkazalli - CEO of E K Kanoo group of companies.

The duration of the extensive training programme varied from 2-6months depending on the certification level received by each employee. Specialist Trainers from E K Kanoo who received their professional training and certification from TOYOTA Motor Corporation trained the 40 employees.
