DirectRooms.com – International Conference on Database and Data Mining (ICDDM 2011) will be held in

Registration fees range between US$200 and US$450 for listeners and authors. Members of the computer science and information technology professorial group, IACSIT, can garner a US$50 discount. Free online membership is offered to IACSIT applicants with a minimum of a PhD degree.

Fees include a welcome reception, technical program participation, badge, lunch, refreshments and a participant’s conference bag. A one day tour of Sanya is also included and provides guests with an unmissable opportunity of seeing the resort’s beaches and cultural attractions.

The numerous participants expected to descend on the coastal area of southern Hainan for this prestigious conference, coupled with tourists enjoying the start of summer, will likely generate a shortage of Sanya hotel accommodation.

Authors with papers for the conference need to submit their final draft in early January. All conference papers will be published in the ICDDM proceedings, and also on Ei Compendex and the Thomson ISI.

Lek Boonlert, marketing head of DirectRooms.com had this to say: "March can be quite a busy month for this popular resort town. As data mining conference participants and leading scholars will also be arriving at the same time, all authors and event attendees should look at their hotel choices on the internet in advance."
