[ClickPress, Mon Apr 16 2007] The Norfolk Tourism website, one of the most UK’s most popular destination websites, has launched a new online ‘Guide to the Broads’ section to provide visitors with in-depth information about the local area.

The new guide provides information on the history of the area as well as details about boating, walking, cycling and attractions, which will enable holidaymakers to gain a thorough insight into the Broads area.

“This is a great addition to a very successful website,” said Crispian Emberson, Director of Norfolk Tourism. “The Norfolk Broads is a real ‘jewel in the crown’ for the local tourism industry and we want to provide new visitors with a section that can answer all their questions about the destination in one place.”

The Norfolk Broads, which are a man-made phenomenon, have recently been granted National Park status. The area offers a great range of holiday experiences with some excellent accommodation, restaurants and attractions to support the outstanding natural beauty of the UK’s only internationally recognised waterway.
