Guests will also enjoy a la carte items from the restaurant’s regular dinner menu. VTK will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

VTK, 6 West Hubbard, is open seven days a week. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Friday, from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; and Sunday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. During the summer months, VTK also features a 16-seat Outdoor Patio, which is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
