Graham Ridgway will participate in the panel discussion - Solutions Unplugged: ITIL Enabling Tools, on Tuesday, May 01, 2007 from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM, along with other industry executives from BMC, CA, and FrontRange Solutions. The panel will discuss key criteria to help organizations identify and select tools that facilitate ITIL best practices, business benefit, and process changes at the service desk.

A recent Touchpaper-sponsored survey related to the ITIL Refresh, found that sixty-five percent of CIOs would like: A clearer definition of what organizations can expect to achieve using ITIL. Thirty percent would also like to see: A greater emphasis on using KPIs to measure improvements in IT service management processes.

Ridgway will address these points in the HDI panel discussion.
