DirectRooms.com – Plan B tour comes to Blackpool for one exclusive evening

Published: Mon Feb 07 2011

The date in Blackpool is part of a host of gigs the star will be playing at venues around the country and follows on from his UK tour in October. People heading to Blackpool can see the artist performing in the city for just one night on 4th March 2011 before he moves on to Doncaster the following day.

As part of the show fans can expect to see some his most popular songs from his second and current album The Defamation of Strickland Banks which has been a number one hit in the album chart twice. The album has sold over 500,000 copies around the world and songs from the album which are sure to be played on the night include ‘She Said’ and ‘Stay Too Long’.

Other songs likely to appear are the tracks ‘No Good’ and ‘Sick 2 Def’ from the singer’s first album ‘Who Needs Action When You Got Words’ from 2006. Fans set to use a hotel Blackpool for the night will want to book rooms closest to the Empress Ballroom where the show takes place from 19:00 and tickets cost £17.50.

Lek Boonlert, marketing head at DirectRooms.com commented: "If bookings for hotels are anything like the ticket sales, fans will need to reserve places early as places will be booking up quickly."
